    The Russian farm of LOTTE International is located in the Maritime Province, a natural setting in the region of the former territory of old Goguryeo and Balhae. Only clean non-GMO grains are produced under state control on an area of 12,000 ha, which is one-fifth the size of Seoul. The grains produced are stored in silos in a grain storage silos. with a capacity of about 25,000 tons, and are stored and managed under optimal conditions before sale following harvest.
    LOTTE International’s Rice Processing and Packaging Center is located in Bangcho industrial complex. To provide reliable quality products to our clients at all times, Lotte International manages every process, from the careful selection of raw materials to processing, packaging and sales. We offer a wide selection of rice varieties and packaging options through thorough quality control and product development activities.

    The Sandalwood Ranch of LOTTE International is located in Queensland, Australia, in a beautiful natural environment that has been through 130 million springs. It owns 1,514 hectares of property, which includes a pasture that can feed approximately 17,000 cattle and a cropland that yields grain for cattle feed. We have been managing our cattle to produce the finest quality meat using our expertise since 1986.
    L'grow beef is distributed after it leaves the port of Brisbane in Australia and enters the domestic port as follows.

    1. ArrivalAfter being unloaded at a port or airport, L'grow beef is subjected to a temporary quarantine.

    2. Bonded warehouseAfter passing the temporary quarantine, it is sent to a bonded warehouse authorized by the customs director.

    3. QuarantineAfter passing the animal quarantine and food and drug quarantine, L'grow beef is sold to customers. LOTTE International oversees the complete process from start to finish, from Australia to domestic consumers.

    LOTTE International receives L'grow products from overseas partners in Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Russia that have met stringent international certification criteria such as BRC, ISO20000, and RSPCA. The Australian salmon imported by LOTTE International is grown at a fish rearing density lower than that of existing Norwegian salmon farms, so salmon grown without stress in a more comfortable environment are imported into Korea.
    The domestic processing plants of LOTTE International are located near Busan and Gyeonggi-do, which process raw materials and sell the products in the freshest condition

Soybeans, corn, and oats grown by us are sold locally and to neighboring countries such as China. They are also imported to Korea and are processed into tofu, soybean paste, starch sugar and oats rice.
    A quality control specialist and a rice sommelier, both grain experts, handpick the best local kinds and oversee the entire production process. LOTTE International imports all domestic L'grow beef, and Customers can directly verify the history of the imported product on ‘Meatwatch’, handled by the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency.

    L'grow grains are products whose quality is guaranteed by LOTTE International's involvement throughout the supply chain. This is because grains cultivated on Russian farms are imported, carefully selected, and distributed as domestic food resources. L'grow provides safe and healthy food that consumers can trust and enjoy at Korean tables by processing soybeans into tofu, a protein food rich in nutrients, and oats into rice oats that optimize essential amino acids and soluble fiber.
    L'grow rice is a dependable product that LOTTE International directly picks from all around the country. We offer distinctive products such as ready-washed rice that does not need to be washed in advance by removing the rice bran layer on the surface of the rice, complete rice with great taste with a ratio of more than 96 percent of selected undamaged rice grains, and safe and healthy eco-friendly rice with organic certification. We also offer a wide range of packaging types, from small packaging (150g, vacuum packaging) for single-person households to 20kg products for large families.

    L'grow promises rich and savory flavor by fattening high-quality wagyu that is near to pure blood under LOTTE International's strict management. L'grow Wagyu must meet the three criteria listed here.

    1. BreedThe Tajima breed is well-known for having an exceptional lineage among Australian Wagyu. Only calves with the top 15% of marbling are chosen from among them.

    2. Fattening periodTo preserve extensive marbling and the best umami, grains are fed to the cattle for at least 360 days.

    3. Grade ManagementWagyu grades are classified under Australian Meat Standards (MSA) ranging from 0-9, with higher numbers indicating superior marbling, and L'grow only approves goods with a minimum grade of 3.

L’grow’s products fulfill the world’s top food safety standards, such as BRC and ISO20000, which exceed HACCP standards. L'grow is also affiliated with marine products that have gained international certifications for animal welfare (RSPCA) and sustainability (MSC, ASC) to encourage worldwide cohabitation.
